Our Sourdough loaf is organic, gluten, dairy and refined sugar free, paleo and vegan. The base ingredient is fresh, stone milled, whole buckwheat flour, milled in our GF premises. The loaf is packed with chia seeds and linseeds and includes Kelp powder with more than 74 minerals. The other key ingredients are sea salt and tapioca flour. This bread is fantastic for sandwiches and toast and is also popular with children.
This is basically a yeast free version of our seedy loaf, with toasted rosemary and a buckwheat sourdough starter giving it a lovely sour flavour, it is fantastic!
